About Madeleine
I qualified as a chef at the Ballymaloe cookery school in Cork, Ireland. I have worked as an engineer in the pharmaceutical/medical business and am looking to help others improve their gut health after seeing the damage that can be caused by medicine. I can guide you through lessons in the making of Kombucha, Sourdough, Kefir (water and milk), sauerkraut, and kimchi. Once a lesson is set up, I can send a SCOBY to get you started and guide you through the process of at home fermentation.
I have easy to follow guides and more information/ recipes if/when you'd like them.
