About the lesson

The starting point is to assess what a person’s current situation is, what difficulties or needs they are bringing and what their goals are. We spend time discussing what their values are, what is meaningful to them and what the would like to be different - what they would like
to get out of the process.
We will then set goals and make a plan as to how we can move towards those goals. I will draw on my knowledge and training to then select the appropriate tools to meet these needs
