I am extremely passionate about literature and that is where my heart is. I love exploring new takes on poems, hearing opinions and helping students formulate theories with the help of theories and terminology. I have had a few of my own poems published and have a very great passion for fantasy novels as well. This makes me think outside the box. This makes me free to express wildly and this is what I want to instill in students.

As a mom, it is sometimes a struggle to help my daughter with her English language that has changed a lot since I was last in school. Lee-mari is always there to help us. She is trustworthy, goes beyond measures to help you and is very reliable. She is truly an asset when you need help!! Thank you Lee-mari for your hard work and dedication to helping us when we struggle!!
Hi, I’m one of Lee-Mari’s ex-students. She is such a kind and empathetic spirit who enjoys lifting others up through her teaching and language by encouraging self-expression and creativity. She loves connecting with any and all kinds of individuals and helping them grow not only their language and knowledge but also in character. She provides a safe, welcoming environment for learners and assists them in connecting with both themselves and with others through her teaching and language.
As a creative person myself I resonate with her as a teacher because she allows students to explore their own opinions, while guiding them to validate their opinions with evidence but also creativity. She does not place students in a box but encourages them to expand and broaden. However she also doesn't hesitate to correct on a level that helps to actually understand the poem.
Lee-mari is a patient and fun tutor. She makes you laugh and makes yourlearning experience fun. And I believe when tou are having fun learning, you will remember the work better!!.
