About Elly
I am a motivated and enthusiastic person who really understands the importance of how beneficial exercise is in our everyday lives. Having worked for 4 years as a secondary teacher I have the skills needed to keep people engaged within sessions, and to ensure sessions are enjoyable, but work you hard. Having spent time trying to work out in a gym myself, I understand how daunting it can be getting started, and aim to give my clients all the tools they need to confidently exercise.

I believe fitness should be bespoke to each individual and I take time to get to know my clients to understand their needs and wants. My sessions are an hour which include a warm up and cool down to give clients the best chance of recovery. My sessions are for anyone who wants to gain a better understanding of how exercise can help improve their mental health.
