About Sue
My passion for developing people's potential has been two-fold, starting with my career in Learning, development and consulting for over 35 years and secondly offering my services in the capacity of Body, mind and soul.
I have developed various programmes whereby some are secular, and others are very spiritual and use crystals for healing and/or connecting with the higher self.
Business programmes can be conducted on business sites or external venues can be arranged. I am fully licensed and insured.

Extending her qualifications as a Meditation teacher through British School of Meditation, also qualified Reiki levels one and two, Qualified practitioner in EFT tapping and Matrix reimprinting, Qualified Mental Health First Aider. Offering various secular meditations in hourly group sessions, private sessions, retreats and Business meditation programmes. Covering South and Southeast Wales, UK.
