About Max
With a musical journey that spans from studying Jazz Guitar in Los Angeles to completing my degree in Melbourne, Australia, I bring a global perspective to my teaching. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of performing in 500+ live shows worldwide, mastering styles ranging from Jazz and Funk to Rock and Pop.
Beyond the guitar, I am a multi-instrumentalist proficient in bass, drums, and piano, with additional experience in flute, saxophone, and traditional Chinese instruments. This broad musical foundation allows me to help students understand music as a whole, rather than just learning a single instrument. My goal is to share this passion and help you find your own unique voice in music.
