About Claudine
I am a qualified and fully insured Naturopathic Nutritionist and Wellness Coach. I support my clients to simply feel better which allows them to be better and do better.
My previous experience includes group Health & Wellbeing Coaching on the NHS National Diabetes Prevention Programme, wellness talks and workshops and one-to-one work.
My specialist areas include women's health including PCOS, Fibroids, Endometriosis and PMS, weight management, type 2 diabetes prevention, stress management, healthy eating, emotional eating, cravings and fatigue.

About the lesson

I run one-to-one sessions via Skype, Zoom or FaceTime. Depending on the need this will be in a 6 week health coaching program where we identify goals and work to overcome the barriers to you meeting your own vision of wellness.
Alternatively, for existing conditions a 10 week Nutritional Therapy program would apply where we look at the root causes of your condition and work to resolve those and bring the body back into balance.
All services include an assessment of and recommendations on diet and lifestyle including, sleep, relaxation, moods as well as meal plans, lifestyle plans and where relevant supplement plans.
Stand alone group workshops are available around the areas of women's health, stress, type 2 diabetes prevention and healthy eating.
