About Tara
My name is Tara and I’m passionate about health and well-being. As a degree-qualified nutritionist and personal trainer, I believe that with the right guidance and understanding, we can all live our best lives.
I take a supportive and personalised approach, recognising that everyone’s needs are unique and that there’s no one-size-fits-all solution to achieving optimal health.

Background:
Growing up on Auckland’s North Shore, my love for sports naturally evolved into a passion for nutrition, health and well-being. This passion led me to becoming a competitive athlete in multiple sports and in obtaining academic qualifications in these fields. I enjoy combining my nutritional knowledge with real-life experience to provide well-rounded, practical support for anyone looking to improve their diet and lifestyle.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science with a double major in Human Nutrition and Molecular and Cellular Biology from Massey University.
Bachelor of Sport and Recreation with a double major in Sport & Exercise Science and Physical Activity & Nutrition from Auckland University of Technology.
