I hold a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, PG Diploma in Advanced Yoga, Masters in Yoga and Teachers training in Yoga to go with my 20 years of experience in therapy and yoga. I have worked with clients across all age groups, with varied physical and mental challenges to help with their end objectives.
