Hi, I’m Jess! I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer based at PureGym Swanley and also deliver personalised online coaching. I hold a BSc in Sports Development and have years of experience as a competitive athlete. I’m passionate about helping people improve their fitness with a supportive and professional approach. I believe in tailored, realistic plans that fit your lifestyle, and I’m dedicated to guiding clients safely towards their goals—whether in person or online.
