About Beatriz
Hi everyone!
This is Beatriz, coach and hopeless fitness passionate. I have always been active since I was a little girl, from playing sports like football and basketball to dancing for years until an injury stopped me in my tracks. Spending time in the gym doing my rehab made me fall in love with the gym to such an extent that it has been more than 15 years that I have been training so far. As with everything I do, I had to do it right, so I decided to learn, read and explore as much as I could listening to the best in the game and being coached by the best fitness professionals in Spain and the UK. And so I became a qualified Personal Trainer, although this is just the tip of the iceberg - all the honest work has been put in place throughout my life and l haven't stopped learning.
This is the reason why I decided to become a coach and, considering my teaching background too, help as many people as I can to become their best version. I am not here to lie to you and grant you a 5kg weight loss in 2 weeks, sorry. However, I am here to guide you, coach you, educate you, support you, challenge you, motivate you and take you to the next level.
