About Clare
Having practiced Ashtanga yoga amongst other styles for more than 5 years I have deepened my journey by undergoing teaching qualifications in Ashtanga and vinyasa styles of yoga. I have both my yoga alliance 200hr certification and my IndeaYoga 250+hr certificate. I studied for a month in India under renowned guru Sri Bharat Shetty as well as intensive Hatha training in Malaysia and residential Ashtanga/Yin training in Zanzibar.

Originally from Edinburgh in Scotland, I have myself studied yoga for more than 6 years. Energising, physical or relaxing I can adapt my style to suit the needs of the individual. Yoga is a source of peace, joy and energy for me which I am excited to share with others.
I teach with love multiple styles of yoga including Ashtanga, Hatha, Power yoga, yoga flow and yin yoga. Aspects of meditation and breathing practice are introduced generally through the class.
Yoga is for everyone, no matter your fitness level or other health conditions. Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any queries or concerns.
