About Sebastian
As a qualified teacher with over 13 years of experience in the NHS, I bring both compassion and professionalism to every session. My background in counselling, emotional support, and adult education allows me to create a calm, respectful, and effective learning space where students feel truly heard and supported. I specialise in Autogenic Training, guided relaxation, and mind–body techniques that help reduce stress, improve focus, and promote wellbeing. I also offer Romanian language lessons, taught with patience, structure, and real-life context—ideal for beginners, improvers, or heritage learners. I’m currently training in Autogenic Therapy and studying to become a qualified nurse, which reflects my continued dedication to personal and professional growth. All sessions are delivered online and tailored to your unique goals, whether you're a healthcare worker managing burnout, a mature student juggling responsibilities, or someone simply looking to reconnect with your inner calm or language roots. I take a holistic, student-centred approach, tailoring each session to your individual goals, learning style, and pace. Whether you're learning Romanian or exploring relaxation techniques, I prioritise creating a friendly, supportive, and focused environment. For wellbeing coaching and relaxation sessions, I draw on my training in Autogenic Training, guided meditation, and mind–body awareness. I use techniques such as breathwork, visualisation, and progressive relaxation to help you manage stress, improve focus, and cultivate inner calm. Sessions typically last 60 minutes, but can be adjusted to 45 or 90 minutes depending on your needs. All sessions are delivered online, offering flexibility and convenience wherever you are. I am a qualified teacher with over 10 years of experience in the NHS, and a background in counselling and emotional support. I have worked with a diverse range of students and patients. I am currently training in Autogenic Therapy and studying to become a qualified nurse. My sessions are ideal for adults of all ages, including healthcare professionals, mature students, and anyone looking to learn Romanian or enhance their emotional wellbeing through proven relaxation methods.
