About Megan
I fell in love with yoga at age 16. But it wasn’t until I completed my yoga teacher training that I discovered just how powerful and fulfilling a dedicated practice can be. I studied asana, pranayama, meditation and yoga philosophy at the renowned Byron Yoga Centre in Byron Bay, Australia. And I am still studying! From philosophy to mantra to joint mobility, it never ends. I regularly take classes, courses and do personal training to ensure I can support you fully. AND THEN, YOGA MEETS CORPORATE Alongside my yoga career, I have spent many years in the corporate world, with a particular focus on teaching workshops, coaching and presenting. I am delighted to bring these two worlds together with wellbeing classes and yoga for EAP (Employee Assistance Programs) that tackle the rise of burnout, overwhelm, stress, anxiety and depression.
