I'm a certified yoga instructor with 12 years of expertise in Hatha Yoga. Knows proper breathing techniques of surya namskara and Yogasana and pranayama and many knids of meditating. I have completed my postgraduate Diploma in Yoga therapy from S-VYASA University (Bangalore).

About the lesson

During surya namaskara and asana practises, I teach effective breathing techniques. In addition, I would be teaching several styles of pranyama and meditation to fit every individual. The time will be anywhere between 45 minutes and an hour. I work with students of various ages.
