About Qi
I have been giving private piano lessons to beginner and intermediate students for 6 years, and have experience teaching both young children ages 6-12 and adults. I am certified by the Royal Conservatory of Music for a First Class Honours achievement in Grade 10 piano.

My teaching methods are flexible and tailored to each unique piano student. I focus on providing an equitable learning experience for all of my students, and I provide adaptable methodologies and teaching resources that adapt to each student's musical learning style. I will always take 1 to 2 lessons to assess each student's learning styles and abilities when they first start lessons with me, and I re-evaluate their progress on a weekly basis to better understand, in order to give them the best learning experience possible.

Starting with a base rate of $35/hour for beginners (beginner to level 3), rates will increase to $37/hour for intermediate levels (level 4-6).
