About Saul
I am a Fitness and Sports Nutrition expert in Miami, Florida, US.
For many years, I struggled with overweight as the result of unhealthy eating habits, smoking and a sedentary life.
At the age of 30, I started my healthy lifestyle transformation based on balanced nutrition and daily workout.
Today, I am happy to share my personal testimony about the great physical and emotional benefits that my healthy lifestyle transformation has brought to my existence. I am lucky, to have the opportunity to accompany and support my clients in accomplishing their own healthy lifestyle transformation journey.
