Over five years of gym experience, multiple sports background, and real hands-on training experience. I focus on proper technique, mobility, habits, and nutrition. Great if you want someone to join your workout and push you forward. or if you need help starting. We can meet at any YMCA ( I personally go there) in and around Boston. I am open to different types of training depending on your preference.
