About Lydia
Hi! My name is Lydia, and I’m a recent Biology graduate with a minor in Chemistry. Throughout college, I’ve always enjoyed working with students and helping others understand things that may seem difficult at first.
I’ve worked with children through tutoring, mentoring, volunteering, and other programs, so I’ve learned that every student learns differently. I try to make tutoring feel comfortable and encouraging rather than stressful.
As someone who just graduated, I know what it’s like to sit in those classes, study for those exams, and sometimes feel like the material just isn’t clicking. My goal is to meet students where they are, be patient with them, and help them feel more confident in themselves and their abilities.
Outside of school, I enjoy reading, sewing, playing piano, painting, and spending time outdoors.
