About Georgia
I have recently graduated from the University of Oxford, where I received a Bachelor’s degree in history. My time at university offered me a fantastic opportunity to hone skills in essay writing and analysis. I thoroughly enjoyed writing essays on different topics every week. I studied a wide variety of themes and periods, and I am passionate about sharing my love for history with other people!
I understand how daunting applications to university can be. I know that I was super nervous when I was doing mine! However, having been through it all, I am in an excellent place to offer support and advice on various aspects of this process. The application that is needed for Oxbridge is different from that of other universities, and if students would like advice on honing their personal statements, what the interviews are like, practice interviews, or essay feedback, I am happy to help!

History has been my favourite subject for as long as I can remember, and so in all my lessons, I try to encourage the same excitement and interest for other students. I worked as a swimming teacher for six years, developing an engaging and compassionate teaching style, where each session is tailored to the individual. I would typically offer lessons that last one hour, but I am very flexible in my approach and can adapt to the requirements of my students!
