Participation, investment and goal - orientarion are my 3 key teaching elements. I would like individuals to be involved in the teaching process and become apart of the journey to discovering understanding and knowledge about whatever the matter. With participation, I would like learners to experience investment - not only from me - but also experience it as something they are working on for a particular goal, which provides its payoff through accurate knowledge. The last key element for teaching involves goal - oriented lessons, which help ensure learning progression and achievement of the learners individual goals at the end of the lesson.
