About Bharti
I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance, trained in India and currently based in Canada. Yoga has been a consistent part of my personal practice for many years, and teaching allows me to share it in a grounded, practical, and supportive way.
I value clear communication, patience, and mindful progression, and I aim to create a calm, welcoming space where students feel comfortable learning at their own pace. Having experience teaching both in a studio setting and online, I’m mindful of different bodies, abilities, and learning styles.
My goal is to help students build confidence, consistency, and a sustainable yoga practice that supports their overall well-being.

My yoga lessons are rooted in traditional practices learned in India and adapted for modern lifestyles. I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative yoga, offering classes that focus on safe alignment, mindful movement, and breath awareness.
Each session is structured yet flexible, depending on your goals, energy level, and experience. I emphasize clear cues, proper technique, and accessible modifications, making my classes suitable for beginners as well as those looking to deepen their practices.
I currently teach both in a North American yoga studio and online, working with students in Canada, India and internationally. My lessons are ideal for anyone seeking strength, flexibility, relaxation, stress relief, or a consistent and supportive yoga practice.
Classes can be gentle or dynamic, depending on your needs. Online sessions are easy to follow and suitable for home practice.
