About Jignesh
Jignesh Datt — From Disc Herniation to Pain-Free Strength
I've been there. At 18, I started working out with passion and discipline. But years later, I faced something that threatened everything I loved: disc herniation and severe lower back pain. I couldn't bend, couldn't lift, couldn't do what I had done for years.
I didn't give up. Through dedicated rehabilitation, the right exercises, and persistence, I recovered completely. Today, I'm pain-free, stronger than ever, and living proof that disc herniation doesn't have to end your fitness journey.
Now, I help others with lower back pain and disc issues do the same.
