About Channelle
I am a single mum of three children and I work with children with complex needs in Special schools. I have experience of caring for people of all ages in various settings. I teach in schools as well as in people's homes. I support people in their personal lives every day, with their physical, mental and emotional health. By offering an ear to listen, or they may need advice or guidance in their personal or professional life. I am very empathetic to other people's emotions, so that helps me to understand what they are going through and how to manage the situation. I have also supported myself when I wasn't in a good place emotionally. I am self-motivated and enjoy motivating people to make the most out of themselves and their lives.

I will be focusing on Mindfulness and teaching the exercise techniques associated with Mindfulness. This will be an introduction to Mindfulness, understanding the fundamental requirements to practise Mindfulness in your day-to-day life. We will work at your pace and within your schedule.
