About Charlotte
I have a PhD and MSc in Ocean science and a BSc in Physics from two renowned U.K. universities. I have 7 years experience of teaching and supervising undergraduate and masters level students both in large classes and on a one-2-one basis.
I have previously taught mathematics and statistics at a level similar to A-level. I have also taught several physical science courses including a course on computational data analysis which introduced students to computer programming and algorithms using softwares such as Matlab and R. I also have a wide range of experience in advising students on how to frame scientific arguments, present and analyse data and write for a scientific audience.

I am a Research Scientist who is enthusiastic and committed to helping people reach their full potential when it comes to learning maths and science. I am able to teach students to undergraduate and masters level but I am happy to help people of all ages at all levels of education. I believe learning should be fun not a chore and will help you learn through friendly advice, practice and encouragement. I am passionate about getting more girls and women in to STEM careers.
I will work with you to understand your individual needs and targets and put together lesson plans focused on achieving your goals.
