About Michael
I have had a varied career as a college principal, university professor, museum director and employment counsellor. I can work well with all ages. I am a professional public speaker and a group facilitator. I have also held consulting positions in the United States and Europe. I consider myself a people person who enjoys learning about the interests and customs of other nationalities. I have worked in immigrant settlement in the past.

My teaching methods are very applied using a wide variety of examples and real world aids (pictures, exhibits, etc). I engage students and try to get them to express themselves as well as help other students express themselves. Laughter is the best teaching tool I know. I use real life examples to help students put new learning into a familiar context. I think the best word to describe my teaching methods is "organic".
