About VIJAYLUXMI
I have an MS in Communication Studies from Emerson College, Boston, USA. I have 11 years experience of teaching at the AJKMass Communication Research Centre, Jamia Millia Islamia and 20 years experience of working with various United Nations agencies on health communication and advocacy. I also have program management expertise, having worked with the Public Health Foundation of India for five years.

I prefer to teach using case studies. I explain theories through examples students can relate to. Using the building blocks approach - I go from the known to the unknown using students' experience and keeping what they comprehend best in view. I use very simple English and use examples given by students. I can also prepare hand-outs for students to read after sessions.
