About Neels
I am a retired law professor/legal practitioner with lots of knowledge skill and experience to offer the student wanting special success! I have practiced law for 17 years and taught it for 20 years. An average of 150 law students per year have passed through my hands for 20 years! I have written and published extensively in the fields of public international law, international criminal law and the law of civil procedure.
