About Pamela
I was a teacher in Michigan for 25 years. I have a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Wayne State University. My major was in mathematics. I also went on to get my master's degree from Marygrove College. I spent most of my teaching career as a 5th grade teacher, but I have also taught 3rd and 4th grade. I taught math at the middle school level for a couple years as well.

I believe in using the to-with-by approach when teaching students. First, I model explicitly how to do something. Then we practice together. Finally, students will be able to complete the task by themselves. I am able to teach lessons for any elementary level subjects and math through middle school.
