About Shelley
I'm a Rhodes Wellness College trained, as a Professional Life Coach, a Group Facilitator, as a Counsellor, and currently am working toward completion of my Professional Counsellor Diploma. I hold your words and your story as completely confidential, and sacred.

I have been working with people for 40+ years. People get stuck in grief, sadness, low self-worth, anxiety. Success and happiness aren't about intelligence. They're about belief in one's self. We've been teaching ourselves to push forward and ignore what we think and feel for so long to belong, that often we forget who we are. We forget to be joyful. We lose our way. We forget our why. It's what lies underneath that's getting in the way.
I can promise you will be seen and heard with compassion, empathy and authenticity. I can walk beside you while you figure it out.
