About Sienna
Hey! I’m Sienna, a rhythmic gymnastics coach who focuses on flexibility, apparatus work, choreography, and strength & conditioning. My goal is to help gymnasts get stronger, more flexible, and more confident in their movement while still actually enjoying what they’re doing. I like keeping my sessions fun but still structured, so athletes can improve their skills and performance step by step, whether they’re just starting out or already have experience.

My rhythmic gymnastics lessons focus on building real progress while keeping things fun and engaging. Each class usually includes flexibility training, strength and conditioning, apparatus work, and choreography, depending on the gymnast’s level and goals. I break skills down step by step so everything feels achievable, even when it’s challenging. I aim to help gymnasts not just improve technically, but also feel more confident in how they move and perform. My lessons are structured but still supportive and relaxed, so athletes can push themselves without feeling overwhelmed. Whether someone is brand new or already experienced, I tailor the training to help them grow at their own pace.

Perfect! My rhythmic gymnastics lessons with Sienna have been awesome! She carefully evaluated me and tailored my lessons for what I need to work on most. She clearly has the knowledge and experience to help me reach my goals. I can already tell that my flexibility and strength are improving!
