About Christian
Maths can seem boring especially when your teacher lacks passion or is impatient. You might really enjoy maths but just have the wrong teacher! I try my best to show you why maths is so useful and what can make it interesting. I'll tell you when you can apply it and do my best to answer any other questions you may have about maths.
My students have told me how much they love my analogies for certain topics as they simplify seemingly complicated concepts in comprehensive, memorable ways.
I'm a very patient teacher and won't shout at you for asking me to explain something over and over. Maths doesn't need to be stressful! I would love to make more people interested in one of my favourite fields.

I like to teach fundamentals so I can guide students into figuring out mathematical rules on their own, using multiple analogies/metaphors so that students can work out anything they may forget from scratch.
I believe understanding rather than being told to "just remember and accept" makes things much easier to remember and promotes confidence for exams.
I'm also very patient and happy to repeat things until a student is 100% sure they feel confident in moving on.
Lessons can be from 1-2.5hrs (with a break depending on the length)
I have a 9 (A**) in GCSE maths and an A in A-level maths.
I have been tutoring for 2 years.
