About Tom
I have studied piano, harpsichord and organ for over 20 years, and am currently studying harpsichord with Robert Woolley at the Royal College of Music as an H R Taylor Trust Scholar, and am also the recipient of the 2020-21 Mercers’ Arts Academic Award. I previously studied at the University of York at undergraduate (BA Music, First-Class honours) and postgraduate level (MA in Music by Research).

I am an attentive and friendly teacher who enjoys passing on my passion for music, whether it be for exams or just for fun. I am happy to teach children from six and above, as well as adults of any age. I also teach theory and am happy to assist with preparation for A Level and GCSE Music exams.
