About Thomas
I was a member of the state running squad and trained with national champions. I became a regional champion myself and competed in European ultramarathon championships.
I want to pass on the knowledge I gained from experience to those who want to push themselves to new heights.

I’ll meet you where you’re at, figuratively and literally, and help you achieve your goals whatever they may be.
I will analyse which elements of your running style are holding you back and we’ll work together on improving your breathing, gait, arm movement, etc.
The training can be a mix of track, road and cross-country, depending on ability and preference.
