About Alasdair
I am currently studying at UCL on a Masters program in Political Analysis of Russia and Eastern Europe. I have previous experience tutoring in person and online. Previous students have achieved A* grades at A Level and First Class grades at university level. I also have experience teaching young children who were complete beginners. Having studied Russian for over 10 years and lived in Moscow for one year I am familiar with the challenges of studying the language.

The key to learning languages effectively is to practice a little bit everyday. It's important not to become too focussed on one aspect e.g. grammar.
Lessons will be varied and engaging, covering all aspects of learning a language - listening, reading, speaking and writing.
I am happy to offer lessons to children as well as adults and will personalise lesson plans according to the student's personal needs.
