About Anitta

This is Anita Pandit, a certified Yoga therapist, teaching, healing and Treating people from different age group to transform their lives and live a positive lifestyle. The techniques of Yoga is very Simple, safe, easy and very effective. I also share my knowledge by giving effective tips and by mindful relaxation and also helps detoxifying your mind body through easy breathwork. I have also modify the asana as per individuals need.
