About Shekhar
I am an mechanical engineering student at NIT Silchar ( WHAT...!!!ow does this related to nutrition) but as a student I also learn how to be disciplined and maintaining my well being as me being very concious about my health.
Gaining all the knowledge related to nutrition all over these time I am pretty experience on how nutrition can affect our bodies and how to make the best use of it.

My methodology is very simple and to the point
To provide proper nutrition tips provided along with the proper conditioning of the body and mind is my main motive here.
For evri individual there are different personal nutritional goals.
There's a different way to carry out nutrition or a person who wants to gain weight, one who wants to maintain,one who wants weight loss or for beauty purpose. The motive however is same, that is a way to abetter, healthy and active lifestyle.
Looking at different individuals the nutrition will vary and my duty being observing the personal nutritio related needs for that person and gradually take it from the base to a advance level of self discipline and management.
