About Jed
I am a sailor who has traveled most of the world, This includes being a Jack of all trades. Doing this and experiencing life in so much diversity has given me a lot of life experience. taking what I have endured and enjoyed and combining it with my earnest aspirations of spiritualism, self-awareness and new-age consciousness, I know I have a huge amount of good advice for any situation or predicament.
Not only do I have a lot to offer but know too that I do not know. I am open minded and happy to hear other points of view, opinions or perspectives which I can learn from and keep growing from.

About the lesson

My teaching method is much more of a conversation whereby I communicate at first of gentle topics (become familiar with one-another) and slowly start tackling the issues and/or concerns at hand.
I will ask the student to right down any thing that may be of importance while I too jot down anything of relevance on my side to tackle at a later stage.
This helps us find the emotional blockages and come to a solution together.
