About Dexter DHBOXER
I am a Semi-Profession Boxer with 15+ years experience in the sport, and a qualified ABA boxing coach that have coached amateur boxers in various boxing gyms in and around South East London. I also have experience in personal training, 1-2-1, 2-2-1 and group sessions.

My classes will be based on the fundamentals of boxing and as we progress together lessons will become more technical and tailor to my students ability. I strive for my students to be the best version of themselves every session regardless whether you are aiming to compete, keep fit or just learning for self defence or discipline. My teaching methods are based on 15+ years of fighting, training, and coaching experience. My training is focused on building confidence and discipline in my students and confidence in their ability.

Perfect! I was looking for a new boxing coach as my old coach relocated,,I contacted Dexter and arrange a session , within 10 minutes I felt comfortable and relaxed and knew I had another great coach ,,technical , correcting any mistakes, giving explanations ,,working on different skills,,absolutely fantastic session pushed me on to help me improve and learn from a top coach and looking to continue training with Dexter

As someone who’s been eager to learn Boxing and improve my fitness for years, I for one am extremely happy to have found Dexter. Within my first lesson I learnt so much and am continuing to. He has pushed me further than I initially thought I could and I feel elevated after every lesson.
Would highly recommend Dexter to anyone interested in having boxing classes, apart from bring a great coach he's also very good and organised in terms of communication, arranging classes etc. and very easy to deal with.
Dexter has trained me for many years, he always pushes me to my full potential in a strict but friendly manner.

Dexter is very good at what he does, he will push you to your full potential and he will help you achieve your goals whether you want be a champion boxer or just want to get fit Dexter is the guy to get you there and you will not be disappointed.
Dexter is a great person and an amazing trainer, he was able to get my fitness level up and helped me lose a lot of weight. I would highly recommend him.
Dexter is a very good coach and a very skilled boxer, he pushes you to your limits to get you to your fitness goals. I would recommend him to anyone that wants to take boxing seriously.
My sessions with Dexter are great. His knowledge in boxing and personal fitness made him my ideal PT. he helped me got get over a lot of hurdles and now I’m able to do a lot of things I didn’t think I’d physically be able to do. He’s a great coach and I highly recommend him.
