About Vitor
I'm Vitor and I'm originally from Portugal. I've been in the UK for close to 10 years now, and I work as a senior biomedical scientist in a busy hospital in central London. I have a passion for Science and languages (I'm fluent in four - English, Portuguese, Spanish and French). I've also been a training officer at my job for quite a while, as I have always been very interested in teaching. As part of my master's, I have also gained tools on ways of better learning, teaching and developing each other's capabilities. Why not try to overcome your fear of certain subjects with me?

I know that sometimes when you're in school you are not paying attention to what your teacher is saying, or sometimes they might be going too fast for you? There's nothing wrong with that - we all have different learning strategies and we adapt better to different scenarios. A 1-2-1 tutoring can be personalised and I always try to accommodate students' needs based on their preference. The results obtained from my previous students are promising at the least. I've had a few middle school students who went from a D to a B+ and above in subjects such as Maths and Science. One of them is, nowadays, an architect.
