Namaste! I am a certified yoga and breathwork teacher from India, dedicated to helping you build a safe, alignment-focused practice from the ground up.
I teach because I believe yoga should adapt to your unique body, health history, and daily energy never the other way around. My goal is to give you practical tools to release tension, build lasting strength, and find calm at your own pace.

Every session starts from the ground up. Before we begin, I review your health history, current injuries, and daily physical tension so we practice safely without risking injury.

Sydney / Melbourne / Canberra:
Morning Kickstart: 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM
Lunchtime Desk Relief: 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM
Evening Wind-Down: 7:00 PM or 8:00 PM
Brisbane & Queensland:
