About Brendan
I am a professional movement and wellness teacher with a 15-year background in yoga, tai chi, martial arts, and meditation. I am also an avid musician and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu student.
I take a thoughtful approach to teaching, and believe that slowing down is the best way to truly learn and absorb each individual technique, movement, or posture.
With a certification in the Oxygen Advantage and Buteyko breathing methods and experience in various other breathwork modalities, I am able to offer deeper insight and help developing my clients' innate breathing patterns. This provides a solid foundation for any physical activity in addition to enhancing sleep quality, mindfulness and stress management.

• The difference between 'concentration' and 'meditation.'
• How to structure a meditation practice.

• Lessons offered in either English or Afrikaans.
• Available for in-person private classes in Hout Bay, or via Zoom.
