About Jena
Jena Slater is a classically trained opera singer and sound healer with her Master of Music from the Boston Conservatory and sound healing certification from the Integrative Healing Academy with Shanila Sattar. Jena has spent the past decade honing her skills as a vocal teacher, performer, and developing her unique sound healing technique which combines modern vocal exercises with ancient meditation practices.

Singing has been proven to reduce stress, anxiety, improve
symptoms of depression, improve cardiovascular health, and is
excellent for your brain health. Despite all of these health
benefits, many are afraid to use their voice!
My mission is to show you that your voice matters. Your voice is
