About Joseph
Hi, I’m J. Alexander, a singing and songwriting teacher with a Master’s degree in Songwriting and Music Business from Berklee College of Music. I’m also Level III certified in Somatic Voicework, and I’ve trained directly with Jeanie LoVetri, the creator of the Somatic Voicework approach.
My teaching style is vocal health first, practical, and results-driven. Whether you’re working on confidence, consistency, stamina, or strengthening your mix, I help you build real progress through clear exercises and structured training.

My Teaching Method & Techniques
My lessons are vocal health first, science-based, and practical. I focus on helping you build coordination, control, and confidence through exercises you can actually repeat and use. We’ll work on registers (chest, head, mix), vowel clarity, resonance, reducing strain, and developing a stronger, more reliable voice.
