I've been delighted with the Yoga lessons i have received from Solene. Initially i was a little skepical about yoga but now it has become the best part of my week. Solène has been teaching me for 4 years and I’ve seen dramatic improvement in my practise. Each session is bespoke to what my body needs that day and she always makes sure I’m connected to my body and mind so I don’t strain any muscles or push myself too hard. She’s clear and precise with her instructions and takes the time to explain how each movement should feel, instead of hastily moving on to another pose like I’ve experienced with other teachers.
