About Davies
In my saxophone lessons, I combine traditional techniques with modern approaches to create a comprehensive learning experience. I strive to create an environment where learning the saxophone is both enjoyable and rewarding, and I incorporate various teaching methods to ensure that each lesson is engaging and effective. I introduce rhythm exercises, improvisation, and real music examples that resonate with the student, keeping lessons dynamic and motivating. One of my main priorities is to help students develop a sense of musical expression, which is crucial in becoming a confident and skilled saxophonist. My lessons are structured around the student’s goals, whether that’s performing in an ensemble, preparing for an exam, or just learning to play for personal enjoyment. I am committed to creating a supportive environment where students feel encouraged and empowered to explore their musical potential and build confidence along the way.
