My teaching style is relaxed. Most of the clients I work with have been vulnerable women, so I'm familiar with building a rapport quickly and putting people at ease. I take my lead from you. Before I teach anything, I like to know who I am working with and how they work best and then adapt my lessons to their needs.
I'm happy to do lessons in 1 hour blocks, breaking each lesson up into 20 min chunks.
I've been delivering employability skills for 4 years now and previous to that I delivered corporate and on the job training.
My expertise is working with mature students but feel comfortable working with young adults as well.
