About Madhav
Hi, I'm Madhav! I am a Software Development Manager based in the Toronto area with over a decade of experience in the tech industry.
I currently lead cross-functional development teams at Security Compass, focusing on evolving market-leading secure software platforms. Over my career, I've worn many hats—from a Systems Engineer and Full Stack Developer to a Senior Software Engineer and now a Manager. This means I understand the exact challenges you are facing at every stage of the developer lifecycle.
I hold a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Victoria and am certified in Emotional Intelligence Leadership. At the core of my management style is a people-first philosophy.
