My name is Bushra and I am a Software Engineering graduate I have been teaching and tutoring Computer Science and programming since 2022, working with students ranging from primary school children all the way through to university level.
I bring something that most online tutors cannot offer — I combine real classroom teaching experience with genuine industry experience as a working developer. I have taught formally at a private school, tutored students privately for over three years, and worked professionally as a Full-Stack Developer on live client projects. This means that when I teach you, I am not reading from a textbook — I am sharing knowledge I use every single day.

My Teaching Approach
I believe the best way to learn computer science and programming is by **doing, not just watching**. Every lesson I teach is hands-on — students write real code, solve real problems, and build real things from day one.
I don't just explain theory. I break concepts down into small, simple steps, check understanding at each stage, and only move forward when the student is confident. If something isn't clicking, I explain it a different way — using diagrams, analogies, or live examples until it makes sense.
Teaching Techniques
- Live coding together — I code alongside the student so they see the thinking process, not just the final answer
- Simple language first — no jargon until the student is ready for it
- Real mini-projects — even beginners build something they can show others
- Questions over lectures — I ask students questions to keep them thinking actively
- Patience always— no question is too basic, no mistake is a problem
Typical Lesson Length
Most lessons run 60 minutes. For younger students or beginners, 45 minutes works better to maintain focus. Longer 90-minute sessions are available for university students working on projects or assignments.
My Qualifications & Experience
I am a Software Engineering graduate from NUML with a CGPA of 3.4/4.0. I have been teaching and tutoring since 2022 across two settings:
- Taught Computer Science formally at a private school in Rawalpindi to Grade 1–7 students — covering digital literacy, MS Office, and introductory technology
- Have been privately tutoring students from Grade 7 through university level continuously since 2022, covering Computer Science, ICT, Python, JavaScript, and C++
On the technical side, I have worked as a Full-Stack Developer building real applications using React, Node.js, NestJS, Express, Tailwind CSS, and MongoDB. I also led a Final Year Project building an AI-powered cyberbullying detection system using BERT and NLP — so I bring real industry knowledge into every lesson, not just textbook knowledge.
