About Ashreta
I currently work as a Special Educator and Vocational Trainer for students with special needs. I coach students for nios examinations, and other boards.
Previously, worked with children on the spectrum where IEP's were implemented along with behavioural strategies.

I understand the requirement put forward by students and develop an IEP that have goals and plans to achieve the set target. I have working experience of teaching students in different education boards- NIOS, CBSE, IGCSE, and IB. I use hands on activities and theoretical learning approaches to explain and develop working knowledge of the concept for the student.
